This is the story about painting whose parallel protagonists are the Angel of Love and the Angel of Art. They combines two irreconcilable aspirations. The spiral, as earthly happiness, as fertility, lushness, immortality, for there is no end to it, and the God-like vertical, as the other, unfathomable side of spiritual life.
